Ipswich Hydraulics design and manufacture hydraulic manifold blocks and valve bodies for use within the Fluid Power Industry.
We produce blocks to be used on our own ongoing customer projects and also design and produce blocks as a sub contract service to others.
We have a full range of tooling, and can incorporate cartridge type valves such as SUN Hydraulics. We have all the cavity tooling for SUN, Rexroth and others along with SAE and BSP port tooling. We also have specialist boring heads to allow the machining of NG logic cartridge cavities from NG16 up to NG100
We work can work in various materials, mild steels, HYT60 and stainless steel 316.
We have a quality system, which guarantees top quality blocks. With all blocks being 100% inspected prior to despatch.
Manifold blocks can be designed in house on 3D CAD or we can import and work to customers own designs. All blocks are then programmed and manufactured on CNC machining centres for a top quality product.
